I’ve been so impressed with both the products and the service from this company. The boxes are beautifully curated, packed with full-size products from big-name brands as well as some brilliant discoveries I hadn’t come across before.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. When one of the products in my box became unavailable, Arabella got in touch personally to apologise and offered a thoughtful replacement, which I really appreciated. There was a small hiccup and the replacement was missed, but once I got in touch again, she sorted it straight away and had the products sent out separately. It’s so refreshing to feel like you’re dealing with real people who genuinely care, rather than just being another order on a website with automated responses.

I also went to their beauty festival a couple of years ago and still remember the goody bag. It was such a great way to try out new products I wouldn’t have discovered otherwise.

I’ll definitely be ordering more soon, especially with my wedding coming up in a few months!
